They did not even have passports or tickets yet...

Well as the news of alleged terrorists gets around the globe, there are two tiny little bits of knowledge that get left out. The fact that the British gov was watching the suspected terrorists and had known that they did not buy tickets yet or even have passports.. SO HOW THE HELL WERE THEY GOING TO BOMB THE PLANES???
